To support its ambitions in France and Europe, Karista has appointed Elodie Cholat as Director of Investor Relations starting September 1, 2022. By creating this position, the multifund venture management platform aims at strengthening and developing its relationships with institutional investors.
Elodie Cholat, 37 y.o., has nearly 15 years of experience in finance and management. She joins Karista after having supported the growth of several management companies by building new solutions and products for institutional and private investors. After a period of analysis in the Family Office department of HSBC PrivateBanking (2008), she joined Amundi Private Equity Funds to monitor investments and investor relations. From 2014 to 2015, Elodie Cholat became an entrepreneur in Mexico. She returned to Amundi Private Equity Funds in 2016, where she was appointed head of investor relations and participated in the construction of the first Megatrends program and the raising of €300m. In 2018, Elodie Cholat joined the management company Equitis where she developed the structuring and management of a dozen Private Equity funds for French and European private banks and a dozen funds for new French and international Venture teams. In 2021, she was appointed as a private asset manager at Rothschild to set up a new investment service with the Private Equity management mandate.
Elodie graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine PSL (Master of Management 2008).
